Wysing Arts Centre’s Psychedelia Conference marked the launch of The Department of Psychedelic Studies, the second of three departments within Wysing’s programme for 2011: The Institute of Beyond - an informal research institute that hosted a range of 12 artists’ residencies and events throughout the year.
