Saturday, 26 October, 2013, 10am- 4pm, FREE Family Workshop

Work with artist Caroline Wendling  to create a feast of drawings. Ingredients for art will include flour, fruit, grains and egg, fruit and vegetables, herbs and herbals, teas and coffee. Design giant table cloths and decorate your own place setting, fit for a feast! Work in Wysing’s gallery and transform it into a feasting hall installation.

There will be two main Dine out on Drawing sittings as part of The Big Draw: 10am-12.30pm and 1.30pm–4pm. Why not bring a lunch picnic and stay for the whole day and be part of the biggest drawing festival in the world?!

The workshop will be supported by Wysing’s Education Development Manager Bryony Graham and is an ideal day to visit Wysing if you are working towards Arts Award Bronze, Silver or Gold; bring your portofolio to share your own work.

Dine out on Drawing coincides with the launch of the new edition of the Bourn Cookery book made up of the community’s favourite family recipes. Join artist Giles Round and the Bourn community between  4pm -6pm  for the Bourn Cookery Book  launch and celebration supper – all welcome.
